Personal Reflections: Using my social science background to highlight diversity was truly inspiring, as it encouraged many members to broaden their perspectives and carve out their ideal career paths. Being an alumnus of Babcock, engaging with a community similar to SCA Babcock brought back a wave of nostalgia. Stepping into the shoes of current undergraduates and offering guidance from my own experiences was a humbling and rewarding experience.
